Cancellation Policy

1. About this policy

Talent Atrium is a product of MJB Strategic. MJB Strategic is the entity responsible for operating the platform and processing all payments on behalf of Talent Atrium.

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for subscription plans, what happens to your access and credits after cancellation, and what you can expect from the billing cycle.

By subscribing to a plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Who this applies to

This policy applies to recruiter accounts that are subscribed to a named plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise).

Candidate accounts are free to use and are not subject to subscription cancellation.

Pay-as-you-go recruiter accounts do not have a subscription. There is nothing to cancel. Credits on a pay-as-you-go account remain available until they expire (six months from purchase).

3. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings within the recruiter dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect immediately in the sense that no future billing is scheduled. However, your access and features remain fully active until the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not require notice periods. You may cancel on any day of the billing cycle.

4. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not end your current billing period early.

Your subscription remains active, with all features and credits fully usable, until the last day of your current billing cycle.

After the billing cycle ends: - Subscription access is removed - Subscription credits for that cycle expire - No further automatic charges are made

Example: If your subscription renews on the 5th of each month and you cancel on the 17th: - You will not be charged on the next 5th - You retain full access from the 17th until the 4th of the following month - From the 5th onward, subscription access is removed and that cycle's credits expire

5. No partial refunds

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period, including any unused credits from the current cycle.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the full cycle. Once a cycle begins and access is granted, the subscription fee for that period is non-refundable.

This applies regardless of: - How many credits you used during the cycle - How many days remain in the cycle at the time of cancellation - Whether you used the platform at all during the period

6. What happens to your credits after cancellation

Subscription credits (credits included in your monthly plan): - These credits expire at the end of the billing cycle, as they normally do - Cancellation does not cause early expiry of subscription credits - They remain usable until the end of the billing cycle

Additional purchased credits (credits you bought separately, beyond your plan allocation): - These are not affected by cancellation - They continue to roll over and remain available until their own expiry date (six months from purchase) - They can be used on pay-as-you-go features after the subscription ends, if you switch to a pay-as-you-go account

7. Access after cancellation

Until the end of the billing cycle, your account retains full access to all features and functionality of your plan.

After the billing cycle ends: - Subscription access and subscription credits are removed - If you have remaining additional purchased credits, your account may continue to function on those credits at pay-as-you-go rates - Your account remains accessible and you can resubscribe at any time

8. Billing cycle and renewal dates

Your subscription renews on the same day each month, based on the date you first subscribed.

If your original subscription date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st in a 30-day month), renewal will occur on the last day of that month.

Renewal charges are automatic. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for the next cycle.

9. Resubscribing

You may resubscribe to any plan at any time after cancellation. A new billing cycle will begin from the date of resubscription.

If you resubscribe before your cancellation takes full effect (i.e. before the end of your current billing cycle), the new subscription will take effect from your next natural renewal date.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law grants you a right to cancel with a refund (for example, a statutory cooling-off period), that right applies in addition to this policy, not in place of it.
