Most platforms tell you nothing when an application is unsuccessful. Talent Atrium sends you a structured written report that explains your compatibility score, describes the shortlisted profile, and gives you specific guidance on what to improve.
Full application visibility
Your candidate portal shows every application you have submitted, its current status, and - once available - your match score and compatibility report for each vacancy. You are never left in the dark.
Evaluated consistently and transparently
Every candidate is evaluated against the same structured criteria using the same five-dimension framework. There is no variation based on who reads your CV or how they feel that day. The criteria are the criteria.
Your data, under your control
Your data is retained for 12 months. Two weeks before deletion you will be notified and given the option to keep your data for longer. You can delete or update your data at any time from your candidate portal.
