Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2026 · Talent Atrium is a product of MJB Strategic

1. About this policy

Talent Atrium is a product of MJB Strategic. MJB Strategic is the entity responsible for operating the platform and processing all payments on behalf of Talent Atrium.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may or may not be refunded. It applies to all payments made for subscriptions, credit purchases, and any other paid features on the platform.

By making a payment through Talent Atrium, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. How our services work

Talent Atrium provides services in two forms:

Subscriptions: Subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance. Payment is made at the start of each billing cycle, and access along with the cycle's credit allocation is granted immediately upon confirmed payment. The service is considered delivered once access is made available for the billing period.

Credits: Credits are usage units that are purchased upfront and consumed when features are used. Credits are not monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Credits are allocated immediately upon confirmed payment.

Because both subscriptions and credits constitute upfront payment for services that are made available immediately, all payments are treated as completed transactions from the moment access or credits are granted.

3. General refund position

As a general rule, payments made to Talent Atrium are non-refundable.

This applies to: - Subscription fees for any billing period, whether the plan was fully used or not - Credit purchases, whether credits were used, unused, or have expired - Any paid add-on features or services

The rationale is that the platform makes its services available immediately upon payment confirmation. Whether those services are used is at the discretion of the user.

This general position does not override your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

4. Execution-based features

Certain features on the platform are execution-based. This means they perform an action when triggered and consume credits in the process.

Examples include: - Candidate processing (CV parsing and evaluation) - Matching engine runs - Rapid Match (bulk candidate-to-vacancy or vacancy-to-candidate matching)

For all execution-based features: - The estimated credit cost is displayed before execution - You must confirm the action before it proceeds - Once confirmed and executed, the action is considered completed - Credits consumed in the process are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome

This applies even where the results of an execution do not meet your expectations. By confirming an execution-based action, you accept responsibility for the outcome.

5. Rapid Match: specific disclaimer

Rapid Match operates by matching candidates against vacancies (or vice versa) based on filters applied at the time of execution. Results depend on the data available in the candidate or vacancy pool at the time of the run.

Before each Rapid Match execution, the system displays: - The estimated number of matches - The total credit cost - Your current Rapid Match credit balance

By confirming a Rapid Match: - You accept that results are generated automatically based on the filters you have applied - You accept that Talent Atrium does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any result - You accept that credits consumed are non-refundable, regardless of result quality - You accept that the match cannot be reversed or undone

No refunds will be issued for Rapid Match executions under any circumstances, except where required by law.

6. Subscription credits

Each subscription plan includes a fixed credit allocation per billing cycle. These subscription credits:

- Are available for the full billing period - Expire at the end of the billing cycle - Do not roll over to the next cycle

Unused subscription credits at the end of a billing cycle are forfeited. No refund or compensation is provided for unused subscription credits.

7. Purchased credits

Additional credits purchased outside of a subscription (including pay-as-you-go credits) expire six months from the date of purchase. Unused credits at expiry are forfeited.

No refund is provided for credits that expire unused.

8. Error-based review

If you believe a charge occurred as a result of a platform error (for example, if credits were deducted without a feature being successfully executed, or if a duplicate charge occurred), you may contact us to request a review.

To request a review: - Contact us within 14 days of the transaction date - Provide your account email address and a description of the issue - We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe

Where a clear platform error is confirmed, we may issue a credit adjustment at our discretion. We do not guarantee a refund in monetary form in these circumstances.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires that a refund be provided in circumstances not covered by this policy, we will comply with that requirement.

10. Tax

Pricing displayed on the platform does not include taxes unless explicitly stated. Taxes may apply where required by law in your jurisdiction. MJB Strategic complies with applicable tax obligations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
